What's the difference between UI and UX?
UX is whether the page works. Can a visitor find what they came for and act on it without thinking. UI is how it looks while doing that. We treat them as one job: a beautiful page that confuses people fails, and so does a clear page nobody trusts.
Will I see the design before anything is built?
Yes. You see and approve the direction before build starts, and because the same small team designs and builds, what ships matches what you approved.
Do you design for mobile?
Mobile first, in fact. Most South African visitors will meet your site on a phone, so that's the version we design first, and the desktop layout grows from it.
Can you redesign an existing site instead of starting over?
Yes. Sometimes the structure underneath is worth keeping and the layer people see needs rework; sometimes it's the reverse. We'll tell you plainly which situation you're in before quoting.
