Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Google's results aren't for sale to agencies. What we can control is everything on your side of the equation, and that's exactly the work we do for clients.
How long before SEO shows results?
Months, not weeks. New sites in particular sit in a trust-building period before Google commits. Anything promising overnight rankings is either paid advertising or nonsense.
Is SEO a once-off or ongoing?
The foundation is largely once-off if it's built in properly from the start. Rankings after that are driven mostly by content, which is ongoing. We can structure either as a project or a retainer depending on where your site is at.
