Brand Strategy & Identity
Logo, palette, type, and a voice that actually sounds like you, not a template with your logo swapped in.
We start with why the brand exists, then build the system that expresses it: logo, color, type, tone of voice, and the guidelines that keep it consistent as new pages, campaigns, and people touch it. One identity, recognisable across every channel it has to show up on. The industry calls that omni-channel branding; we would just call it doing the job properly. That system ships as a CI (Corporate Identity) document, one file that keeps every future designer, printer, or developer working from the same brand, without you having to explain it from scratch each time.
The CI document, properly explained
Most people have heard the words without ever seeing one. A CI document sets down, in one place, everything the brand needs to stay itself as different people touch it over time: the logo and its acceptable variations, exact colours in the codes a printer or a screen actually needs (hex, CMYK, sometimes Pantone), the typefaces and how they're used, spacing and minimum sizes so the mark never gets squashed onto a business card, and a short guide to tone of voice so writing sounds like the same business whether it's a Facebook post or an invoice. Hand it to a new supplier once instead of briefing them from memory every time: a printer doing signage, a freelancer building a slide deck, a developer adding a page eighteen months from now all work from the same file.
Common questions
Do I need brand work before a website?
Not always. If you already have a logo and colours that feel right, we design the site around them. Brand work earns its place when nothing exists yet, or when what exists doesn't sound or look like the business you actually run.
What do I actually receive?
Logo files in every format you'll realistically need, a colour palette, type choices, and a CI (Corporate Identity) document, a short plain-language guide so anything made later, by us or anyone else, still looks like you.
What's a CI document?
Short for Corporate Identity. One document that puts the whole brand in one place: logo in its variations, exact colour codes, type choices, and the rules for how they sit next to each other. Hand it to a printer, a signwriter, or a developer down the line, and they can work from it directly instead of asking you to describe your brand from memory.
Can you work with my existing logo?
Yes. Plenty of projects keep the logo and refresh everything around it: palette, type, and voice. A full redesign is only on the table if you want it there.
