A full rebuild for a Durban ministry, with a CMS built around the people who actually update it.
The situation
A church site is not a brochure. It carries sermons that need publishing every week, ministries that change, news, a library of material, and in this case a live radio stream. All of it has to be maintainable by volunteers rather than developers.
The old site could not carry that, and every change meant asking someone technical.
What we did
A full rebuild, with a custom CMS built specifically around what this team updates rather than a generic admin panel with forty options they would never touch. Sermons, ministries, news and library entries can all be added and edited by the people running the ministry.
The live radio stream sits inside the site rather than sending listeners somewhere else, and the whole thing is structured so a visitor looking for a service time finds it without hunting.
Where it landed
